Caldwell County Master Gardener Association Plant Sale
Caldwell County Master Gardener Association (CCMGA)
2nd Annual Plant Sale, April 7th, 9
a.m. until sell out
Lockhart Courthouse Square
CCMGA will
have it’s 2nd annual Plant Sale on the Lockhart Courthouse Square,
April 7th, 9 a.m. until sell out.
There will be
vegetables, bedding plants, flowers, herbs and succulents not commonly
available. There will also be a selection of small decorative planters
created by the members.
Not sure about
how to compost? Want to build a rain barrel? During the day,
there will be compost and rain barrel demonstrations with Master Gardeners on
site to explain the how-to steps to create these projects.
In the Kids
Activity Area, there will be a worm display box, seed identification and
Kitchen Botany activities. In addition there will be lots of free seeds
for the children to take home and plant.
Garden
Info: Grow Green brochures, Texas Super Stars, Wildflowers and best
of all, certified Master Gardeners on hand to answer all your questions about
gardening in central Texas.
