Pesticide Applicator Training Scheduled
The
Bastrop County AgriLife Extension Service is sponsoring a Private Pesticide
Applicator Training on Thursday, December 1, at the Bastrop County
AgriLife Extension Office at 901 Pecan Street in Bastrop. Registration will
begin at 8:00 a.m., and the training will begin at 8:30 a.m.
Persons wanting to obtain a private pesticide applicator license to use or to
supervise the use of restricted pesticides must attend this course.
Registration fee is $55 per person which includes the cost of study materials
and refreshments. In order to receive study materials for the exam,
please pre-register and pay the registration fee by November 30 at the Bastrop
County AgriLife Extension Office. The training session will end at
approximately 12:30 p.m. For more information, contact the Bastrop County

Pesticide Applicators Training
Do you have out of control weeds? Is cactus taking over? Have you been told you need “X” chemical, but
“you’re gonna need a license for that”?
Here’s your opportunity! On
November 18th at the AgriLife Extension Office in Caldwell County, located in
the Scott Annex: 1403 Blackjack, Suite
B, Lockhart, TX we will be hosting a private pesticide applicator training
class from 8 AM to approximately 12:30 PM, lunch not included. This class will prepare you to take the test
required to obtain a license for five years.
If you have additional questions, please call the extension office. You must RSVP to the office by November 17th
by noon. The cost of the class will be
$55 including the price of books.
